أرصاد السلطنة تحذر وتهيب بالمواطنين ومرتادي البحر بأخذ الحيطة والحذر وعدم الاقتراب من مياه البحر لهذا اليوم نتيجة سرعة الرياح والاجواء العاصفه :
Visibility may reduce to less than 500 m due to dust storm over some places in the Sultanate.

Directorate General of Meteorology and Air Navigation Calls upon the public to exercise caution due to the approach of a dust storm to the Sultanate, which is expected to affect the governorates of Muscat, Al Batinah South, North Batinah, Musandam and the South Sharqiya in the next two hours. Visibility is expected to reduce to 500 meters or less in some places due to widespread dust.

It also calls upon fishermen along the Sea of ​​Oman coasts and Musandam coasts to take caution before going to venture to the sea due to the rough sea and low visibility. The dusty weather is expected to stay over most of the sultanate until tomorrow (Tuesday).
