ننتقل إلى الجصة

هاهي الجصة وهي المكان الذي يوضع به التمر ويضغط إلى حد معين ، ثم يفرز هذا التمر الدبس ويخرج من فتحات موجودة في الأسفل رائحة الدبس لا تزال موجودة رائحة أثريه :D
